The Lion rank is earned by completing 8 total adventures, 6 of which are mandatory, and the other 2 are selected from a list of electives. Although participation with an adult partner is required for all Lion adventures, recognition items (belt loops) are for the Scouts only. 

1. Complete the 6 required adventures: 

• Bobcat

• Fun on the Run! 

• King of the Jungle

• Lions Roar

• Lions Pride 

• Mountain Lion 

2. In addition to the 6 required adventures listed above, complete at least 2 Lion elective adventures of your den's or family's choosing.
